        Linda has been involved in business & event management for the hospitality industry spanning over 20+ years. She has worked in management for premier hotels, supervised and planned corporate travel, sales meeting & incentive trips for top executives at Fortune 500 companies and prior to starting her own business over five years ago she worked at wineries, planning and directing weddings and a variety of other events at their locations.
        Linda has been instrumental in hosting, assisting and arranging an assortment of events during her tenure, from large corporate meetings, Super bowl XXXIII for the CBS Executives, to intimate arrangements for the discerning VIP’S assisting in planning their families’ vacations to organizing weddings, winemaker dinners, fundraisers, baby and bridal showers and more.

I hired Linda as my day-of coordinator for my July wedding. I'm still 6+ months out from the wedding and she's already been worth every single penny of her fee and more!

She's new to the area and just recently started her own company but she's got a ton of event management experience and it really shows. I interviewed 4-5 different event management companies and Linda was by far the most professional and detail oriented. Having planned events professionally, my briefing was pretty thorough and most coordinators didn't have a single question. Linda asked the appropriate follow-up questions and then brought up a few additional questions for things I hadn't even considered. I feel good knowing I'm in the hands of an experienced professional.

Plus, her customer service has been incredible. Considering I just hired her as a day-of coordinator, she's really gone above and beyond in helping out with the planning process and she's been a wealth of information. She's provided me with some great contacts for a DJ and an officiant and she helped to connect me with a bride she had previously worked with who had a very similar style and was selling some of her decorations.

I'll update after the wedding but if the past few months have been any indication, she will make the day go flawlessly. As an added bonus, her rates are by far the most reasonably priced out there. I used Linda at Simply Events to help with planning an 80's themed 45th birthday party in January 2013 in Walnut Creek. I could not have been more pleased. She was INVALUABLE to me.  I didn't have a lot of time to work on logistics or decorations before the party. I had ideas but no one to make them happen. Linda made everything happen and added some great ideas herself. After the planning and coordinating with Linda in advance, my goal was basically to be able to show up on the day of the party, enjoy myself and then leave knowing everything was being taken care of and it was. I was able to enjoy my own party fully becuase I knew Linda was on hand making sure everything was handled during the party down to the smallest detail.  I would highly recommend her and would use her on any future events I plan.

Linda is the BEST! She is extremely professional, very responsive and has great ideas. I had the best day ever and didn't have to think about anything or lift a finger...just enjoy my day. She does it all with grace and professionalism. She is friendly, outgoing, fun and a wonderful person. I had my reception in a restaurant's back room that was very basic and not "pretty" like some venues. When I walked in the room and saw what Linda did with the place, it took my breath away. It had completely transformed and was absolutely beautiful. Everyone was so impressed with how beautiful she decorated the room. 
If you're planning a wedding or any other type of event, you MUST call Linda and get her on your team. She is the best.
