One in-person meeting at the venue (prior to the rehearsal)

Confirm with all vendors prior to Wedding Day

Oversee all wedding day deliveries

Set up décor and implement design concept

Ensure the design of the venue(s) appears as anticipated

Coordination of each vendor

Organize and distribute all personal flowers

Transport all personal items from ceremony to reception

Point of contact for vendors and staff on wedding day

Coordination of events & DJ announcements

Coordinate Floor Plan Set-Up

Collect all items (guest book etc…) and ensure proper final destination

Distribute final payments & gratuity to vendors

Oversee set up & clean up
